Simon Lathan posted a review on Progressivehouse.com of the new single by R-Type (already top-charters on Trackitdown and Beatport with the tracks 18teen and My favourite thing) and wrote:
“Dirty House Music Presents R-Type and “Sunshine around me” and what peachy high energy it has. Kicking off with an arpessio thats drives fast then your top end sports car.
The track progresses into vocal and should get even the most tame of dancefloors shaking.
